Good quality

As always the quality of the coffee table is good. But would suggest you offer assembly and removal of the packaging material as the glass is extremely heavy. Very hard for us to handle.

Good followup service

Overall it was good experience. While the color of the item was not exactly as requested for, James did immediately acknowledge the fault and tried to remedy the situation with the supplier. In the end, although the color could not be rectified, a refund was proactively offered which was a nice gesture.
