Firstly the service is fantastic from this company, item arrived a couple of days after the order during busy Christmas period and presented in a gift box perfect for wrapping, after having a lot of hassle with another silk company for which I’m still awaiting a refund 3 month after my initial order. Finding this company was a blessing, and will definitely use them again.

Due to delays with the postal service I contacted the company who offered to send a second parcel in case the first one failed to arrive. My initial purchase did arrive, is beautifully packaged and looks expensive so cannot wait for me friend to open her Christmas present. Although, I am unable to comment on the quality, based on my experience with both customer service and the presentation I think she will be very pleased.

I have had areas on my cheeks from sun damage sorted out by dermatologist. Silk pillow slips really soothing to sleep on smooth and luxurious. Have pillow slips and eye masks as presents for my two lovely granddaughters for Christmas. Pretty packaging and advice on how to launder. Many thanks
