Great but wish i sized down

I’m basically always a medium in every pant/legging, and sometimes a large even. The description says to size down, but the size chart looked like a medium would be tight so I got medium. After a few minutes of wearing it was clear that they were super big in the waist, and I am not a small waisted person. So I pretty much just wear these to bed now, and they’re very comfortable. SIZE DOWN
