Nice, but not for me

These pants fit true to size and are super soft. For me, they felt a little too much like loungewear to wear out and about - especially to an airport. Sivana was great providing return label, but they are very slow to post a refund. In a day where most companies credit you at the shipping point drop off, their process is long. I know the package was received in their DC 8 calendar days ago and I am told it takes up to 14 days to process a refund.
