I waited a bit to leave a review for this as I was having issues with the unit at first and honestly was about to return it, but after reaching out to the support team at Spyder Robotics, they were super helpful and provided a diagnosis remotely and after a couple of days working at it, they figured out that my probe was defective and immediately replaced it for free the same day. This thermostat is working perfectly now and I will be ordering a second unit for my other 2 enclosures. Highly recommended! Great product and excellent customer service.
