This is the first time I've used this company. I'm going to test drive their products. Everything I ordered arrived in a timely fashion. I'd say my only complaint would be the description of the heat tape itself! They just tell you how wide it is. The picture shows a roll, which is what I thought I was purchasing. Knowing what I know now, I'm going to have to purchase 2 additional heat mats in order to do what I set out to achieve. Other than that it seems to be working out just fine. I will continue to use this company until, they give me a reason not to!
