Heat Mats for Tortoise and Reptile - Red

I wish that the description of the item had stated that if you planned to use the mat in an indoor enclosure, you MUST USE a thermostat.

This giant heat mat is perfect for my 20 pound cyclura. The adjustable thermostat keeps it at the exact temperature that I dial in and it's big enough that his whole body gets covered and he sleeps on it all night. It's way more efficient than heat lamps and space heaters that heat of the whole area of the house. Highly recommend!!

I was so happy to find a larger heat mat for my sulcata's!!! I had used the ZooMed version for a while, but they were so small (18x18) that my 2 guys outgrew them a long time ago. This mat will definitely last a while (size wise), the shipping was fast, and the quality is very heavy duty.
