Not enough stars to be able to accurately rate this knife! Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship! Great feeling in the hand

This knife is the sharpest knife I have ever owned. I find the weight and balance to be perfect. I got rid of all my other chef knives and I will be ordering more from Dalstrong to replace the other types of knives I have. My only fear is how to maintain its sharpness. This I need to learn. Does Dalstrong offer any lessons or tutorials?
