It’s extremely informative and John Wayne Parr’s teaching style is not only very easy to understand, but he even uses a bit of humour as well which makes it more enjoyable. JWP shows the ins and outs of his straight to the point methods that have helped him win 10 World Championships. He shows and explains the Do’s and the Don’t’s from 147 fights of hard earned experience being in a ring with some of the most lethal fighters in Kickboxing/Muay Thai on the planet. Guys like Mike Zambidas, Buakaw Por, Yodsanklai Fairtex the list goes on. From fundamentals of Kickboxing/Muay Thai to partner drills and fitness and training methods. This is excellent learning material from one of the Goat’s of Muay Thai/Kickboxing and is an absolute steal for the price and one of the best Striking Instructional’s on the market.
