I was looking for organic vanilla beans to make my own vanilla extract, because we all know how expensive it is in the grocery store. It seemed pricey but the quality of the beans were excellent! They were meaty, if you will and when I sliced them open, the warming fragrance filled the air. I think these vanilla beans are going to add greater depth of flavor to my cakes and pies (upping my baking game)! I wished however the packaging label would have listed the grade and water content percentage as I was looking for a grade b vanilla bean.

Delicious, high quality vanilla bean. I was under the impression I had ordered a larger quantity than what was delivered. I think vanilla beans in general are pricy
