Seems like a good thyme leaf, and price is great. A very under utilized herb. makes a nice tea.

Organic dried rhyme
I use this in preparing homemade, traditional zataar spice with thyme, sumac, sesame seeds, and salt. The price and product were excellent; however, there were many coarse thyme stems throughout the generous package.
