Great product!!

Unfortunately the ankle brace was too small but on calling for return instructions Mary told me she would credit my account and I could keep or give away the brace. I tried to donate it to the local senior home but they are unable to take donations until the virus crises ends, I'll hang on to it until them or someone comes along that needs it and it fits. I was pleasantly surprised by the refund and not having to go through the hassle of returning it .. You have a very in-tune company and Mary was a great CSR..
