My son was dying to get one of these basketball goals, but it showed out of stock on the website and every other retailer. I sent a contact us message asking when it would be back in stock and got a response right away from the company advising to purchase all the parts separately and they would be sure I have everything. Everything arrived, we installed it and have a very happy kid!
