Rim not straight

Overall…. Just ok. The product seems to have solid construction. I spent multiple hours trying to get the rim straight as it is higher on one side or crooked. The backboard is level, the side attachments are level, the the rim is noticeably not. Too expensive of a unit to have a crooked rim. Overall, regret spending the additional dollars for this product.

Mini hoop is sturdy and suitable for all ages. We've gone through a lot of mini hoops - they've all broken and this one looks like it can stand the test of all these ballers. Definitely worth the wait!!!

I bought this for my 12yo son right before Christmas. I forgot to order it and when I went back to order it they were sold out. I contacted the company to see if there was anything they could do. One of the owners wrote me back within a few hours and said they actually had one they could ship out and it would arrive before Christmas. My son loves the goal. He plays it daily and often has his buddies over to play for hours. The adjustable-height backboard and breakaway rim are excellent quality and the mini ball it comes with is synthetic leather. The best mini ball we have seen. I can’t say enough good things about this product and the company. I believe it’s the best indoor hoop out there.
