Very dark.

Excellent coffee and very fresh. It’s a keeper!

Dark roast is excellent

I previously tried the Chiapas MOCABE medium roast, which I found to be unique in its flavor but it was not a favorite, so I tried the Chiapas dark roast. It is really excellent with a robust, deep flavor—not with the rich bourbon flavor of the Guatemalan bourbon (still my favorite) but very distinctive, rich and flavorful in its own right.
