If you’re on the fence whether to get Bellami or Luxy, this is your answer. I ordered from Bellami twice and both times the colour I ordered did not match my hair. I was so impressed with the quality improvement of luxy. Their customer service is unmatched, you can text someone and they’ll reply so fast. The colour match I got was dead on. I was happy to see I could order a sample to confirm the match, which I didn’t need to do because the match I got online was so accurate. I am so happy with how fast they came, I ordered from Ontario and they were here in 3 business days. Even the packaging is luxurious compared to Bellami. I am so happy with the quality of the hair and extensions. My hair looks fantastic. I am so excited to wear these on my wedding day!!! I don’t know how this brand doesn’t have a bigger name, their shade range is unmatched, their customer service is top tier, the packaging and the quality of the hair is 10/10. Forever using and recommending!
