It's perfect. I had handwriting inscribed and the back inscribed. It's thicker than i expected but that is a good thing. It shipped the next day and I got it after about a week. Delivery required a signature which made it extra safe. I have not filled yet, but recived all the instructions and items to do so. Pricey, but I shopped for a year and kept coming back to this site before finally making the decision and I'm very happy I did. I will say the photo falls out if the box (magnets) but I just put it back. It's more annoying than anything if you may be storing your necklace often.
