Service was quick and exceedingly responsive. I had a problem with the initial build of the jacket and they made me a new one with no fuss and the 2nd was dead on. This suit is all season weight and handsome. All the options I asked for were available except a full canvas. I've tried 3 made to measure companies and Sartoro was by far the most responsive and best communicator. The website is easy to navigate and build the suit to your specifications. The end product is solid and better than anything you'll get off the rack. Truly the highlight though was the communication, I had questions and they had answers which made me feel totally comfortable with this purchase.
