Ortiz Ventresca White Tuna Belly in Oil

We really like this tuna and use it for recipes where the tuna will play an important role. We rely on other, less expensive, Ortiz tuna, for recipes in which the tuna is more of a bit player. The quality of Ortiz tuna is, in general, excellent. We're happy we can order it online.
