The Buccaneer - Custom Throw Pillow

The image was perfect and the pillow is exceptional quality. However, I did have an issue with shipping. I ordered 2 weeks before I needed the item as it was a gift and even paid extra to expedite. I approved the proof within 20 minutes of receiving it and received an email stating that it was finished and shipping within a few days. However, the item never actually shipped until a week and a half later. The tracking number that was sent to me showed it hadn’t been shipped. My gift didn’t arrive in time for my friend’s birthday and now I have the expense of shipping her gift to her instead of delivering it in person. I’m definitely happy with the product I received and would order again but disappointed with the shipping, especially after paying extra to expedite.
