Not Worth It - Awful Smell

I bought both the shampoo and conditioner in the Neem scent. It’s not my favorite to begin with, but the conditioner smells WAY worse than the shampoo, I can hardly use it. The best way I can describe this is similar to a public pool - chlorine mixed with dirty diapers. Yuck. I’ve ready many comments about the smell after a formula change. Hopefully they get this figured out. Also makes my hair feel like straw unless I use a ton of product.

Better than other naturals I've tried

My hair came out smoother and shinier than other natural products I've tried, and with two shampoos it helps with my itchy scalp. I think I need a leave in conditioner, though, to smoothe and soften once my hair is dry.

Why isn’t my bad conditioner review posted

I submitted reviews about the disappointment with the conditioner. I used to love this conditioner. Last February I bought it and it arrived runny and smelled rancid. They gave me a refund. I ordered again this month thinking it would be back to normal- it is disgusting. It is runny, and smelled sour. There is something wrong with this product. I have been a customer for years and loved the products but every time they start outsourcing to keep up with demands the product or service has become compromised. I will not order the burdock conditioner again. The shampoo seems to be normal and will continue to but. But sadly the conditioner makes your stomach turn with terrible smell and the consistency is ridiculous. So relieved to read similar reviews because when I called to report the recent one I bought I asked if others were saying similar things she said no. Clearly that is not the case. When I got the email to review my purchase I said all this and submitted and just noticed it was not posted to the website- it doesn’t make sense to filter our feedback because there is an issue. Hopefully someone starts to see why this product is so bad. I did not even want to give it one star but can’t submit until I rate it.
