Love these Shrooms!!!! Best flavour. I recently made my signature dish with supermarket porcinis as I had run out of these ones…. It was a flavour let down. Cant wait for my next dish with these beauties.

Porcini Mushrooms

Porcini mushrooms are my favourite mainly because of their aroma. Your Porcini quality is superior to the super market I used to buy from. I also enjoy your wild mushroom Risotto with Porcini. I will certainly try your other recipe.
