Love this company and their products. I've been purchasing their mushroom rub for several years and have tried their mushroom rice and mushroom rositto which are both incredibly good. They ship quickly too which is nice.

Extra special rice

This product makes a lot of rice which is wonderful the first second and third time . It is a delicious replacement for potatoes and quite different than rice alone...tho I doubt it makes good rice pudding...LOL Many thanks for an extra special product.
