Great Quality

I've never tried fermented food before but I've read about how good it is for gut health and your microbiome, so I thought I'd give this a go knowing how good it is for you. While the sauerkraut does smell when you open the jar, the flavour didn't offend me and with the all the benefits, it's completely worth it. Would definitely purchase again.
