Absolute belter of a Kimchi

An absolute belter! I am super fussy about my kimchi having been fortunate to try lots of different Korean family recipes while living in Asia. Loving Foods has become a staple in our house. The consistency is great (not sludgy with too much liquid) and has a lovely bite and crunch to it. In fact, this kimchi is so yummy that I have been known to just eat it straight from the jar before it even gets a chance at seeing a plate or any other food friends to hang out with. I would recommend chucking some in a sandwich with cheese as an excellent accompaniment. It's got a great kick to it and a leaves a lovely fizzy zing in your mouth. I've not tried the Tumeric option as I tend to prefer classic Kimchi but their smoked option is cracking so am definitely eager to try. This kimchi is a firm condiment favourite in our house!
