best sleep ever!!!

Not sure I notice a difference

These were so highly reviewed by one of my favorite influencers that I bought three products. I don't believe I see a difference with the bloat or sleep. Before ordering these I had found a brand I loved but it's French so very expensive - was hoping these would work as well. Magnesium wouldn't be a noticeable change and I'd already been taking it.
