Rack of Lamb

We trimmed the rack down to the eye of the meat for “lollipop” lamb chops, seasoned with M5 salt, pepper and olive oil, seared to medium-rare in a cast iron pan, basting with butter infused with rosemary and garlic. WOW! It turned out stunning and delicious. If you don’t think you like lamb, try this!
