I've homebrewed from kits and my own recipes for over 25 years. this Mexican lager is one of the best brews I've ever made. Everything as advertised!

The kit arrived right on time. Brewing was easy as the instructions are very clear. Keeping it at the right temperature was the key. I have not bottled it yet, like to give it an extra week or so but the color looks lovely. I think it will taste good too.
