I bought this to take with my camu camu to sort liposomalize it, but turns out its also delicious by the spoonful. What a treat! So happy its in a glass jar and organic and tastes fresh. Thanks!

Liquid lecithin works well as an emulsifier in our home- made almond milk. It is very sticky .. the spoon must be coated with oil so the lecithin slides off into the Vita Mix contents to be blended. It was not easy finding a product shipped in glass jar, yas this one is.
