Beautiful flagpole but the sectional model moves more than I like

I bought the 25' Premium Sectional Aluminum Flagpole in Black. It's a very beautiful pole. The sectional moves too much at the top for my taste. It moves a lot. The base seems solid. Maybe the one piece would have been more sturdy. The one piece model after shipping was about $1000 more, after the $475 shipping. I can't send it back to be replaced because I'm not paying restocking fees, not to mention my own labor involved. If movement is a concern for you you should take that in consideration. I researched this some time and I tried to get this guidance by phone but the operators really didn't know anything about the integrity of the poles. They would just read from the website. They were friendly and available. I would like detailed knowledge when I'm putting a semi-permanent feature into my landscape. The PDF instructions didn't match the flagpole design. For example, my cleat was at 4' once installed. The website instructions I downloaded said it should be 5'. This concerned me. A call to the company and they sent me out a diagram from the manufacturer later that day. It confirmed it should be 4'. I purchased the cleat lock as well. It's built like a tank. I hope this more detailed review helps potential customers.

Great flag pole. Much sturdier than the typical ones. However it moves more then I thought it would
