I ordered 4’-5’ tree but received one over 6’, which was too big for designated space. After review, the company indicated they were shipping another smaller tree. However, I had already purchased a smaller tree locally so I ended up purchasing two trees. I asked them not to ship another, which they honored. A partial credit to initial charge would have been appreciated.
