Long Range Remotes NOT as Advertised

The X3L standard kit works well and as advertised. The long range kit is reason for low rating. False advertised its capabilities - "This Remote Kit includes two 2-way remote with audible and visual feedback." What they provided was a 1 way remote which is same as factory key from my perspective. I wanted the visual feedback that remote start actually occurred. After contacting support they knew it did not function as advertised. Would have hoped for some assistance or offer to upgrade to app module but they had no remorse or care that they mis advertised its capabilities.

one was ok, second a nightmare, still not working.

I ordered 2 kits and the instructionsfor one was ok however the second car was an absolute nightmare, the instructions are not for my vehicle, they are close but not. I have to call customer service according to the instructions. No, they supposed to have variants or atleastmore than one video.I'm not calling anyone.
