Fairly easy to install if you have basic tech know how, the install video is very detailed and helpful. Looks and works great! exceeded my expectations and I feel confident that if any issues come, the 3 year warranty will cover it. worth every penny.

My 2016 outback has not taken well to this device. The device stutters and jumps on audio. There is a 2-4 second voice delay when on call from the connected party. And most concerning, have had three occasions in the two weeks since install where my vehicle has had major electrical hiccups causing full panel blackout, loss of power steering, or a slew of flashing indicators...very scary. Have reached out to Hamilton and gotten no response.

I absolutly love this new system. I installed a mint mobile sim card and now my in car infotainment is next level great.
