The hat came very quickly. Excellent fit. Very comfortable to wear. With being wool it feels so good to the touch. Excellent value.

I measured my head exactly according to your instructions. When I received the hats I put them on me and they are gigantic on me. I got a medium according to chart and hat size. I put on and they cover my eyes. When I move my head the hat turns it’s so big and goes sideways. I’m disabled and In a wheel chair and have no way to return. I’m so very very upset. I think I need an extra small. I fell in love with those hats but I’ll never be able to wear. Your measurements and charts are not accurate at all. Thank you.
