Daisy earrings

I bought these as a birthday present for a friend but unfortunately she is allergic to silver so I have had to give them to my mum and buy other earrings for my friend. I was very happy with the customer service I received via email and online chat. I explained about maybe having to return the earrings because of my friends allergy to silver. I was told this wouldn't be a problem and my order did get messed up with some other jewellery but this was rectified and I was offered a 10% refund on my reorder and refund. They refunded the delivery they accidentally took off . I love the jewellery and the custom bags it comes in . I will definitely be ordering again.

Pretty earrings

Very pretty earrings, good value for money. Unfortunately I lost one of the backs on first wearing but not the flower, so relieved. I had some spare backs so not a problem.
