I reached out to SOL for advice on what board to purchase because I was looking for something short yet stable. Great customer service! We decided on the River ocho 8’6” and it is amazing! It’s so rugged and built super tough, but it’s not very heavy and it packs up easily. Came with a rolling soft case for it that has backpack straps, a great pump, and carbon fiber paddle, plus fins and other accessories. The low profile fins were great for floating down my shallow/rocky river. I put on a longer fin from my previous board to help it track straighter in the ocean and it was perfect. Epic board from a great company!
