This storage pod works well, it really keeps cut fruit fresh. In addition to avocado storage, I've also used it for cut lemons/limes. I ordered extras to give to my grown children. It also doesn't take much space in storage, a plus for my small kitchen.

Works well, but tough to close

Does what it says it will do! I ordered to try one befor giving to my 92 yr old mother. Does a good job, but her hands are weak - mine are not, and I have to slow down and really be forceful/careful in closing/sliding the two pieces together.
