New to patches

I’m not sure the effectiveness seeing as this is my first time using patches but I sure hope so. I have only been taking them a week. I really don’t feel a difference just hoping I am getting some benefit from them. I bit calcium chews and I absolutely love them. Great flavor and will be buying more.

Being generous with this review since I've only used these for 1 week. I don't feel any different so who knows if they work. I do know they don't suppress my appetite hence the 3 stars. Too soon to know if they're effective. Next blood draw will show.

Easy to use

These are great for àn alternative or supplement to taking pills everyday. Easy to apply and then not worry about them all day!
