Excellent comfort and performance for downhill. Only used them once on uphill on steep and varied terrain. They are stiff but worked well.

Alpine or touring - great one boot quiver

I am not a professional skier but I ski hard and love all conditions. These boots have been fantastic. They fit really well out of the box. Tight and supportive, like a performance boot should feel. I have skied a in bumps and deep powder and carved turns in the corduroy. Depending on how you cinch them down they perform great! Uphill, sweet. Undo the buckles, love the retainers, unlatch the heel and away you go. Great purchase even if they did burn a hole in my wallet.
