Custom Pet Art Women's Skirt

Unfortunately I have not received my order. Part of this is my fault. I placed the order as a Christmas present prior to Christmas but I did not check my email to provide confirmation to you. My fault. The order was eventually confirmed on January 2. To my surprise, I see the package is not due to arrive until January 15 to 17! I had even paid for an expedited delivery in my original order! Again, I admit part of this is my fault but it is not acceptable that we are still waiting for the delivery after paying the expedited delivery.
