Tasty and easy to take
I just recently started working a full time job and I noticed that I was feeling tired even right after eating breakfast and taking all of my other supplements (I also take Mary Ruth’s Magnesium Blend, women’s multivitamin and Hair support every day) so I thought I’d add Iron and I can feel a huge difference in my daily activities. I’ve also recently had blood work done and my results came back well within range. I thank Mary Ruth’s for that!

Great Iron Supplement

Easy on my stomach
Most Iron supplements have upset my stomach over the years but Mary Ruth's liquid one does not....
