This is my second purchase of the carving system. This one was a gift for someone since I loved the one I had ordered. It solves all the previous problems, meat sliding off the cutting board, meat juices spilling over the sides, this is a great improvement!

We used ours for the first time this Thanksgiving. It was so nice having the spikes to hold the turkey in place, and the drainage system really helps keep things from being messy. The additional thermometer worked well, too.
