For my kitchen, the "Karving King Plus" is quite large. It is a good size for hams or large roasts. Its features make carving easier and safer. It cleans up nicely. It was a gift from my family & I will hope to replace the kitchen sink with a larger one when remodeling the kitchen.

This board worked out PERFECTLY, The drawer captured the juices and avoided making a mess. The prongs helped keep the turkey in place making carving easier. I am extremely happy with my purchase!
