Delightful

Elderflower has a lovely and delicate flavor. It is delightful on fruit salads. I like to put a teaspoon or so in soda water. It makes a very nice alternative to a white wine Spritzer.

Terrific

After balsamic this is my favorite flavor vinegar at least so far. Is mild kind of flowery and sweet love it. I add it to fruit or cottage cheese.
