Sugarcane Decaf Mexico Esmerelda

I might need to rest it longer than 2 weeks but keep getting this groundspice/vegetal taste everytime I brew! I even tried immersion brew and it was still there.

Amazing decaf

I had to get rid of it. I requested ground for steel filter, and although the grounds were the right size there was so much fine powder along with it that it clogs the holes and would take forever for the water to drip through. The coffee was pretty good.
