This New Guinea coffee was a first for my wife and myself. This is a top shelf bean. It is very smooth with a complexity of flavors. It’s like a party in the mouth! Flavors explode on first taste and just leave a beautiful lingering after-taste. I can’t praise this bean enough. It is one of my and my wife’s favorite coffees. If you enjoy coffee from that part of the world just go ahead and pull the trigger on it. You won’t be disappointed. Roast Theory roast it at a medium roast and it is a perfect medium. We have experienced other roasters medium as being actually roasted past medium where one begins to taste the roast - Wha! Thank you Roast Theory for a beautiful medium roasted bean. John Bruce
