The first pair I purchased were a bit small. The exchange process was so easy! Dropped the shoes at UPS on Saturday, new pair arrived on Tuesday!

I shopped shoes for a long time, I am sick of paying too much for bad shoes, these have an excellent price point for an excellent shoe. Good looking shoe too!!!
