Absolutely wonderful service!

My string of pearls arrived in bad shape and I reached out to customer service and they promptly sent a replacement that was wrapped well and in perfect shape when it arrived. I will definitely do more business with lively root in the future.

String of Pearls

The plant arrived in somewhat rough condition--it is fairly spindly, and it is infested with gnats/fruit flies. I'm sure it'll be fine, but I would have preferred it be a little healthier and more robust when it arrived.
