I have to give a 5-star review for the customer service we received. We ordered this plant as a housewarming gift to our daughter. She moved across the country and I wanted something that would last and remind her of family. Unfortunately her plant arrived with leaves broken off and not in very good shape. I contacted the customer service department and they immediately sent out a replacement that arrived on time and in perfect shape. Their warranty was spot on and handled very professionally. That is great service!
