Soap Standle
This is a wonderful little gadget. It keeps the soap up out of drippings and dry.

I didn't press it into the soap because it started to break the soap. It's just balanced on the little spikes.

Disappointed
I feel like I am the only one who is disappointed in this product based on the other (glowing) reviews. I absolutely love all the other Etee products I have tried and currently use, but this one did not fit the bill. On a positive note, it does do what it is advertised to do: keeps bars of soap raised and prevents them from getting mushy. The reasons, however, for my low rating are as follows: The product is quite small and does not fit well under a large bar of soap. The product is made of plastic which I try to avoid as much as possible (certainly there must be a bamboo alternative). The product is made in the U.S.A. and, because of the current political situation, I have been trying to buy Canadian (or non-U.S. products). Lastly, because the prongs imbed themselves into the soap, one has to remove the Soapstandle before using the soap (I know some reviewers like this because they use the Soapstandle as a "handle"). I'm sure there is a better alternative to the American made, plastic Soapstandle.
